We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Randle-Davies Construction Co. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unused and uninstalled
• In their original condition, with all parts, hardware and accessories included
• In the original packaging where possible
Items that show signs of use, installation, damage caused after delivery or missing parts may be refused or receive a partial refund.
How to Start a Return
1. Email info@randle-davies.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return and the reason for the return.
2. Our team will reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable service.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed.
Return Shipping Costs
• Damaged, defective or incorrect items: We pay return shipping and will provide a prepaid return label.
• All other returns (for example, a change of mind or ordering the wrong size): The customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email info@randle-davies.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we inspect it and notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different product or size, start a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you want. If your exchange is due to our error, contact us and we will arrange it at no cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer, then contact us at info@randle-davies.com.
Order Cancellations
